All of the music classes continues to be a delight! The Guitar class unanimously passed the C, D, em, G, A , A7 chord check! They are learning songs using those chords. They are playing songs from the Beatles, Coldplay, and Linkin' Park among others. The Vocal Power classes are practicing scooping the pitch, elongating their vowels, and dropping their consonants to sing in a Country style. Mastering stylistically appropriate articulation is a Learning Standards for the class. The Music 6 class has begun a study of Melody using boomwhackers, playing bell sets, and singing songs.
