Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are delighted to share that, in partnership with our community partners, we are able to offer some support for families during the Christmas season this year.

Through this collaboration, we can provide families who request assistance with a small toy and or a food hamper containing non-perishable goods (such as teabags, cereal, canned vegetables and fruit, etc.).

If you would like to avail of this support, please text 085 1686081 with the following details by next Monday, November 10th:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • The ages of your children

If you have children only attending St. Patrick’s Girls School and/or St. Patrick’s College , please contact only myself.
However, if you have children attending other schools on campus , St. Patrick’s Boys School or St. Patrick’s Infants School , you may contact Amanda Duke instead.
Please ensure that you contact only one of us to avoid duplicate requests.

To help balance our delivery schedule, Amanda and I may disperse shared families between us for coordination and delivery purposes.

We understand and respect the importance of your privacy. However, please note that some staff members may assist with the delivery of hampers, and contact details will need to be shared with our community partner who provides the hampers.

Deliveries of toys and hampers will take place throughout December.

We hope this small gesture helps make the season a little brighter for you and your family. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you would like to avail of this support. I'll do my best to help you.

Warm regards,

June Mc Carthy

Subject: Have Your Say - Primary School Survey

Dear Parent/Guardian,

We are asking you as a parent or guardian of children in primary school to ‘Have Your Say’ about your primary school. We are doing this through a short, confidential survey, which will take at most 5 minutes to complete. This is an important survey and is the first time that a survey of this scale is being run by the Department of Education and Youth.

The results of the survey will help the department plan how we provide education at primary level. How to do the survey Click the link below to take part: www.gov.ie/primaryschoolsurvey

It only takes 5 minutes! For parents and guardians who for personal reasons are unable to complete an online survey, please contact the department for help at: schoolsurvey@education.gov.ie
