My goal is to have the 26-27 handbook sent out by the last week in July. You will be able to sign it digitally. We will discuss any handbook changes at the Early Childhood Orientation Night and Curriculum Night.

Note: If a parent attends the principal presentation on Early Childhood Night, you don't need to attend the principal presentation during Curriculum Night. However, you must meet with teachers on both nights.

• Students- complete summer reading list
• Parents- purchase supplies & uniforms (see below)
• Parents- Safe Environment starting Aug 1 (don't do it early or you will have to do it again)

Early Childhood Orientation (PK3-Kinder)

This event is required; no students allowed:

• Teachers will explain the rules/procedures to parents. Parents will be able to ask questions and get an idea how the classroom will operate.
• There is a mandatory presentation in the gym. We will send out more information at a later date.

Back to School Bash

Kids are encouraged to attend!

Students will meet their teachers, drop-off supplies, and parents will be able to finalize beginning of the year items (ex. get car-tags, sign-up for athletics, etc.)

Curriculum Night (Grades1-8)

This event is required; no students allowed:

• Parents will meet with their child(ren)'s teachers and learn about the curriculum, expectations of the class, etc
• There is also a mandatory presentation in the gym. We will send out more information at a later date.

Please make sure to click the link below for Summer Reading Assignments for PK3-8th grades. It is important that students continue reading over the summer!

Drop-Off:

• Pre-K (3), Pre-k (4) , and Kinder (& siblings)- front parking lot; 1st-8th back parking lot (see image above)

• Pre-k (3), pre-k 4, and kindergarten will go directly to their classrooms.
• 1st-5th will meet in the gym.
• Middle School will go directly to the middle school.

Pick-Up

• All grades will pick-up in the back drive (see image above)
• Pick-up in the front is reserved for auction spots only unless there is an approved medical need through the office. Those who purchased a spot will receive a reminder email the week before school. If you have questions, reach out to Ms. Emily.

Note: Students who have not been picked-up by 3:30pm will go directly to aftercare. Aftercare is billed separately.. More info will be provided.

We had some questions about the signup link for CCYO Softball. All information for this season this August has been posted and the signup link is updated. I know communication dwindles over the summer so please get this circulated throughout your schools before school is out. Hope you all have a wonderful summer!!
