Address Updates - Pandemic-Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) Program Cards
It is imperative to enter address changes as soon as they are received. This is due to required updates from ODE for demographic data for Parents to utilize available resources.
For P-EBT questions/confirmation, please send the student's name, date of birth and student ID number to Ebony Johnson. If the student is not listed, we will research and get back to you.
If the student is eligible, the Parent or Guardian will then need to follow up with Job and Family Services. For questions regarding P-EBT, Families will need to contact the P-EBT customer service line at 1-866-244-0071.
