Information from Guidance about Course Selection

Important Course Selection Information!

Prior to break, Nashoba began the process of course sign ups for next year! Teachers have been communicating with students about level recommendations and Guidance saw students the week before break to do course sign ups.

If you were absent, you can sign up for courses on your own by following the directions below:

  1. Sign into PowerSchool

  2. Click “Class registration” on the left hand side

  3. Click the “Pencil” icon next to each subject area and click through the pages to find and add the course your teacher recommended for you. It will be in bold with the teacher’s name

  4. Click the bolded course, then "Okay"

  5. Choose your “Electives” and “Backup Electives” in the appropriate sections. We need options for you if your first choice does not fit.

You must sign up for a minimum of 25 credits and maximum of 28 credits (unless you are enrolled in after school courses)

CLICK SUBMIT!

The portal will stay open for a couple of weeks and changes can be made throughout that time.

Your course requests will inform the school of what courses need to run and thus are the building blocks of our master schedule for next year. As always, we hope to have the schedule built before the end of the school year.
