Congratulations Claire Covey on Receiving This Month's Core Value Award for Respect!

Each month an Everett Public Schools student can be nominated by their teacher who demonstrates the Core Value of the Month. The nominations are sent to Administration where students are selected to be recognized as a Core Value Champion.

Mrs. Bailey nominated Claire for exemplifying the Core Value of the Month, Respect. Here's what she wrote about Claire…

Claire Covey is a hardworking, dedicated student who is always respectful to peers, staff and parents. Claire is a quiet student who not only observes, but she also always does the right thing. She is helpful, kind and respectful in all she does. She is a student who has worked hard to be an active participant at school which has allowed her to be a good friend and leader. It is my honor to nominate Claire Covey for the Core Value of RESPECT for Port Gardner this month.

Congratulations Claire!
