“Bus Contracts” will be shared with all students and families. The Bus Contract explicitly states the bus expectations and ensures these expectations are communicated to each student and family. These rules apply to all students, not just those who ride the bus to and from school, as all students ride a bus for field trips.

Please read through and discuss the contract with your child(ren), then sign and return to the classroom teacher. Thank you for your support.

Meet our new School Social Worker Meet our new School Social Worker

Hello! My name is Jaime Goelz and I am very excited to be joining the Muskego-Norway Schools as a School Social Worker.

I have been working in the field of social work for 25 years. After earning my Bachelor's degree from UW-Whitewater in 1999, I began my career as an initial assessment worker in the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare (BMCW) on the south and north sides of Milwaukee.

I then returned to school to earn my master's degree in Social Work from UW-Milwaukee. After practicum placements in the Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS), I landed in the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District where I proudly served that community at every grade level throughout my 18 years there. I also served the WAWM district as a Coordinator of Students in Transition, mentor to new staff, grad school practicum placement supervisor and facilitated various staff trainings.

My family and I now call Mukwonago home. My husband of 20+ years and I have three children. They are 19, 15 and 10 years old. We also have 2 "fur babies," Sadie and Carl. In my spare time I like to walk our dogs, read, work out, be outdoors and have fun with my family.

I am very excited to join the Muskego-Norway Schools family and look forward to getting to know the students, families, staff and other community members that make up this wonderful school district.

Onsite Counseling Clinics at Muskego-Norway Schools Onsite Counseling Clinics at Muskego-Norway Schools

Muskego-Norway Schools is proud to announce our partnership with Clinical Psychology Associates, an outpatient counseling center. Clinical Psychology Associates has established onsite counseling clinics at Muskego High School, Lake Denoon Middle School, and Muskego Lakes Middle School, Bay Lane Elementary School, Lakeview Elementary School, and Mill Valley Elementary School.

Our district is committed to providing comprehensive systems of support for our students. Student services staff, including school psychologists, school counselors, school social workers, school nurses, and other specialized staff, will continue to provide services within our schools to address the mental health needs that arise.

The purpose of these onsite clinics is to provide our students and families access to therapeutic mental health support services that extend beyond what our district is able to offer on its own. Because this functions as an outpatient counseling clinic, the student’s insurance is the primary method of payment for these services.

We encourage you to access this professional counseling opportunity if you think that your child or family would benefit from gaining tools to help with many of the challenges we face in our lives today. Clinical Psychology Associates’ therapists are available to schedule appointments both during the school day and after hours.

To ask questions or begin the process of accessing the clinics, contact Clinical Psychology Associates by calling or texting 262-975-0012.

Update to Paw Print Winners!

In previous years, we organized students into "dens" based on colors, with each den consisting of about 75 students. These dens met monthly for activities designed to enhance student engagement. In more recent years, we have shifted to using buddy classes more frequently and have only used den colors for tracking paw prints.

This year, we will change the paw print tracking system to be based on grade levels instead of den colors. Students will now place their paw prints in the jar corresponding to their grade. As a result, we will no longer use student den colors. However, students are still welcome to wear their colored MV shirts on spirit wear days.
