Principal Message
Dear Heritage Families,
As we wrap up our second week of school, I want to take a moment to say thank you. These first two weeks have been filled with excitement, new friendships, learning, and so many smiles. It has been such a joy to see our students growing more comfortable in their classrooms and beginning to build our Heritage community together.
A special thank you to everyone who joined us for Back to School Night. The incredible turnout meant so much to our staff. Seeing our classrooms filled with families was a wonderful reminder that we are truly partners in this journey. Thank you for showing up for our students and for our school!
We are excited to invite you to our First Annual Heritage Pancake Breakfast on Wednesday, August 12, beginning at 7:30 AM! 🥞 Our amazing Food Service team will be preparing breakfast, and families are welcome to join us and enjoy breakfast with their student and our staff.
Heritage students eat FREE! The $5 ticket is only for adults and additional family members who would like to enjoy breakfast. Tickets can be purchased in the office ahead of time or on the morning of the event. We hope you will join us for this special opportunity to gather, connect, and start our Wednesday with some delicious pancakes!

We are moving House Shirt Day to Wednesdays because our House Meetings and rallies will now take place on Wednesdays, allowing our kindergarten teachers to join in these special Heritage traditions with us.
Thank you for trusting us with your children and for being such an important part of our Heritage family. I feel incredibly fortunate to begin this journey as your principal, and I am so excited for all that this school year will bring.
We can't wait to see you Wednesday morning for pancakes!

DATA CONFIRMATION please complete as soon as possible
TITLE: Complete Your Online Data Confirmation Today!
Families, please take a few minutes to complete Online Data Confirmation (ODC). Completing ODC ensures that your child’s school has current contact information and all required annual forms for the school year.
To complete ODC:
1. Go to the Aeries Parent & Student Portal and log in. If you do not have a log in, please follow the prompts to create an account. If you need assistance with this, please call our school's office.
- Once logged in, if you have not completed the ODC a pink banner will appear across the top of your screen prompting you to complete the process. Follow the prompts and select "Finish and Submit" to finalize the data confirmation.
If you need clarity on the above steps, or would like to see screenshots, please view this document or call our school's office.
Every completed confirmation helps our school stay connected with families and better equips us to support students. Thank you for partnering with us and helping us start the year strong!

Volunteer Requirement Update
Visitors on Campus
Good morning, Heritage,
I wanted to address the concern of visitors on campus. Anyone allowed onto campus is either permitted so through the front office or Bridge staff, after dismissal. No unauthorized individuals are allowed on campus who do not check in with the office. Visitors who will be allowed on campus will check in with the front office and get a visitors pass. If a visitor does not have this pass, please radio the office, and direct them back to the office. Parents allowed onto campus should be here for the purpose of office business or picking up their children from Bridge.
Parents who come onto campus to check out their child from Bridge will not have a visitors pass, because they will be buzzed in by Bridge staff. However, these adults should only be allowed as far as the cafeteria/front office and should not be allowed access to any other area of campus.
