We are excited to be using SchoolStatus Connect this year to unify our family communication across the district/school. With SchoolStatus Connect, our families will be able to receive communication from the district, as well as the schools and classrooms for which your students participate.

Family members can view SchoolStatus notifications and keep up with district, school, and teacher communications in a variety of ways:

• Directly in your email inbox

• As a SMS text message on your phone

• Within the SchoolStatus Connect family portal - via web or app (Search SchoolStatus Connect in your app store.)

If receiving this communication via email, please click on the button at the bottom of the page to update your profile, communication and language preferences, and login to your SchoolStatus Connect family portal.

There is no need to sign up or create an account. You will automatically begin receiving communications to your email or SMS phone number that has been loading by your school or district.

The SchoolStatus Connect parent portal is a one-stop-shop for you to view all of your SchoolStatus communications in one place, reach out to your student's teacher, or sign up for upcoming events.

• If you receive an email, click the "View on SchoolStatus Connect" button.
• If you receive a text, click the link provided to view the communication on SchoolStatus Connect

• The first time you click the link or button, you will be prompted to create a password.
• You’ll also be asked to select your language preference.

• Once your password is set, you can log in to SchoolStatus Connect anytime, either on the web or the mobile app using the credentials you just created.

Visit the SchoolStatus Connect website or download the mobile app and do one of the following:

• Sign in with Google or Microsoft (if your email is affiliated with Google or Microsoft) by choosing Google or Microsoft Single Sign-On.
• If you don’t have a Google or Microsoft account enter your email address and password to log in.
• If you don’t know your password, Click Check for Existing Invitation and follow the instructions.

With SchoolStatus Connect, you get to be in control of how you receive communications. Visit your Account Settings from your avatar drop-down menu to update your preferences.

• Submit a Profile Update Request (if enabled by your district)
• Select your language preference
• Update your password

• Select your favorite channel: email, SMS, push notification
• Turn on and off specific notification types

• Select Linked Accounts if you have additional Connect accounts to link (see: Linked Accounts)
• Adjust the communication preferences for each account
