Greenfield Elementary Gator Bite

Happy Friday, Gators!

Just a quick reminder — we DO have school on Monday, November 10th, and then we’ll have Tuesday, November 11th off in honor of Veterans Day.

We hope everyone has a fantastic weekend! 💚

We’re collecting food donations to help support our community — and we need your help!

As a fun incentive, we have four brave volunteers who our Gators can choose to turn into a real ice cream sundae 🍦 if their donation box fills up first!

Let’s get those boxes filled and those voices heard!

Items needed:
Peanut butter • Tuna • Rice • Canned beans • Vegetables • Cereal • Mac & cheese • Pasta • Canned soups • Ramen • Any non-perishable items

Thank you for helping us make a difference — and for adding a little fun to giving back!

Saturday was our 4th annual Love Your School Day at Greenfield!

We spent the morning whacking down weeds, adding some new adventures to our primary playground, painting poles and lines, and replanting all our planters and gardens.

We had 40 people from Gilbert High School Clubs, community volunteers, our Gators Give Back, Greenfield PTSO, administration, staff and students who all came together to make these projects happen.

We are so thankful for their support as we head into the giving season!

We can't wait for our Gators to enjoy these new areas, and we promise to post the final version of our bigger project in the next week or two!

Thank you for loving our school and being a service to our community!

Join us on Monday, November 10 at 5:30 pm in Gator Hall for our 2nd Grade Veterans Day Performance. Our 2nd Grade Gators will sing a few songs to celebrate everyone who has served our country.

Get your Harkins cup while you can. Sale ends 11/25. PTSO will send a paper copy home next week.
