Join us for April’s Rogers High School PTO meeting – 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 5 at Buskers, 178 Thames St. We are meeting one week earlier this month due to April vacation. Come and learn more about our spring fundraiser! We look forward to seeing you.

The Class of 2023 is raffling off a Newport Sweet Shoppe basket ~ Tickets are 1 for $2 or 3 for $5. See Mrs. Canole in room 362 or any senior class officer. Class officers will be selling tickets during crew.

RHS Grade 11 students are scheduled to take the SAT on April 18th and Grade 10 students will take the PSAT on April 19th. This will be an exam day for each of these grade levels.

So now is the time for students to register for a FREE SAT ZAPS Seminar!

This is a five-hour, ZAPS strategy-focused seminar that will help students do their best on the PSAT and/or SAT. This program is test strategy focused and great for all levels! Free test books* will be mailed to all participants and the seminar will be held over Zoom. This is a wonderful way for our Vikings to show off their smarts as much as we show off our athletic abilities and great Viking spirit. Be all you can be - and use this opportunity to be ready for the SAT and PSATs scheduled for April 18th and 19th. This is the first time that everyone will get support and help for all our Vikings to do well. You * Must register ten days in advance to receive the test prep books!

Vaping is a huge problem for teens, especially at school.

Coming up next week is our Teen Advisory Board (TAB). Teens are invited to join Ms. Becky at 4pm on Wednesday, April 5, in the Maker Lab to design custom buttons for our summer reading program. We hope to see teens there.

Many of the scholarships listed are online scholarships. The general rule is if the scholarship listed has a link that means the application is online. If the scholarship on the list does not have an online link then the paper application is in Guidance in the filing cabinet under the "Scholarship" sign! (To the right of Ms. Gorman's desk)

For every scholarship you apply for you will need to fill out a Blue Transcript Request form. Those forms are available in Guidance on the table in front of Ms. Gorman's desk. If you are not able to come to Guidance you can email Ms. Gorman @ joanngorman@npsri.net and she will forward you an electronic fillable form.
