The Sheiko Weekly Update

Dear Sheiko Families,

Thank you for your continued support, especially as we navigated schedule changes due to the recent snow day. Your flexibility and partnership are truly appreciated.

This week’s Big Announcement is about United We Walk. We will be meeting at the middle school at 1:45 PM. Please look for me and our purple Sheiko School sign so we can all walk together while modeling kindness, respect, and unity aligned with our theme, “One Dream, One World, One Walk.”

Our other Big Announcement is regarding report cards. Report cards will be emailed to families on Wednesday, January 28th, so please be on the lookout. We encourage you to review the report card with your child—celebrate areas of strength and set a goal together for an area to continue improving.

Additional ways to monitor your child’s progress include weekly graded assignments, your child’s planner, and notes that come home. You can also have your child log into IXL to show you what they are working on, as the questions students practice are most similar to NWEA.
