Welcome to PBL Pathway

We are excited to welcome all of our new students — and their families — to the PBL Pathway for the 2025–26 school year! Our PBL Staff have already started planning engaging and relevant interdisciplinary projects that are filled with opportunities to do.learn.thrive. We are especially eager to launch into the school year with an all grade level Design Challenge!

Freshmen — tomorrow, August 12th, is “Get Your Stuff Day” at Samohi!

Be sure to stop by and say hello to your Assistant Principal and Academic Advisor, Nicole Nicodemus — she’ll be in D100 (Station 7) with the other Samohi advisors.

Looking forward to a year of learning, collaboration, and community — and we’re so glad you’re part of it!

🚀 New to the PBL Pathway? Freshmen + transfers — this one’s for YOU!

We can’t wait to get to know you! Join us for our PBL Pathway Orientation:

📅 Friday, Aug. 15
🕒 2–3:30pm (right after Samohi’s orientation)
📍 Business Bldg. i-Studio (B102) @ Samohi

This will be your chance to:
✨ Meet other new students joining the PBL Pathway
✨ Get to know our amazing community and culture
✨ Hear tips and stories from current upper-class Pathway students
✨ See your new creative hub — the Business Building i-Studio (Room B102)

Our orientation is student-led, fun, and designed to help you start the year feeling confident, connected, and ready to thrive in PBL.

Your PBL journey starts here — do. learn. thrive. 🌟

One of the best parts of the PBL Pathway is the community — and that includes our parents! Adding your name to the PBL Pathway Parent Directory is an easy way to:
