Principal's Message Principal's Message

Dear Bobcat Community-

What a wonderful week of learning we have had at Larkspur Elementary! Our students have jumped right back into their routines with enthusiasm, focus, and bright smiles. It is inspiring to see our learners engaging so deeply with their teachers and classmates. The positive energy across the school has been truly contagious.

I also want to extend a sincere thank you for your patience and flexibility during our recent lightning dismissals. While weather delays and adjusted procedures are certainly not optimal for anyone's schedule, the safety of our students, families, and staff is always our number one priority. Also, huge shout out to Mr. Mike and Deputy Campbell for their support with making this procedure run efficiently. I truly appreciate everyone's cooperation and understanding as we work together to keep every Bobcat safe.

Friday Late Start Clarification Friday Late Start Clarification

Thank you for the feedback last week about late start breakfast and supervision. I apologize for the miscommunication and any inconvenience it may have caused; however, supervision and breakfast begin at 9:30a and not 9:15a, which was what was previously communicated.

Moving forward, breakfast and outdoor supervision will begin at 9:30a. These late-start mornings allow our dedicated educators time to collaborate, analyze student progress, and fine-tune instruction to best support every learner.
