From the Principal
December 12, 2025
Good People,
Despite the the difficult and strange times we are in right now, our students lit up the stage with confidence, creativity, and teamwork performing Matilda Junior today!. The production showcased not only their talent, but also their dedication to the arts. The students delivered a heartfelt and high-energy performance, gaining new skills in collaboration, responsibility, and self-expression along the way. It is clear that the students in the show had a great time performing it twice today: once for elementary schools and a second time for their classmates and staff. Don't miss the community showings at 7:00pm tonight and tomorrow night! Thank you to Project Success for this year’s musical.
In Partnership,
Naida Grussing-Neitzel, Ed.S.

School Transformation Feedback
As Minneapolis Public Schools continues the school transformation process, we are seeking caregiver feedback about the MPS student experience. Feedback will be focused on the academic core (required classes) and beyond the core - the classes, opportunities and experiences that students have access to as we plan for the future of the district. Feedback will be used to inform decisions and make plans. Contact engagement@mpls.k12.mn.us with questions.
