🎶 What a Week!
We had an incredible full week of school! We have finished, or are in the process of finishing, individual voicing, and we are so excited to get started on our fall concert music. 🍂🎵
🌟 All-State Choir Camp
Thank you to everyone who attended our All-State Choir Camp! It was so wonderful to see over 100 singers working hard to learn and prepare the All-State music. We will be sending out the All-State audition registration form this week, so please look out for a StudentSquare message from Coogle. 🎶
📋 Choir Handbook & Fees
Choir handbook acknowledgments and fees were due Friday, August 21. If you have not completed these yet, please log into Presto and take care of them as soon as possible. ✅

Thank you to all of the parents who attended our mandatory parent meeting! We are so grateful for your support of our singers and our program. You can find the meeting slideshow and parent volunteer sign-up links below. 🫶
🏫 Curriculum Night
For CHS parents, with Curriculum Night coming up on Wednesday, you do not need to attend your student’s choir class during that time. Feel free to use that time to relax or begin heading to your student’s next class. 😊
🧵 Calling All Seamstresses!
Choir Family, we are looking for a seamstress who can help us with choir uniform fittings and alterations. If you know of a seamstress who may be able to help, or if you have a referral, please reach out to the choir directors via email. We would greatly appreciate your help and recommendations! 💙🪡
👗 Uniform Fitting Day
Our next big event for all singers is Uniform Fitting Day on September 12! Please see the flyers below for more information. We are excited to get everyone fitted and ready for a wonderful fall season! 🎶✨

Voice Lesson Contract/Form
Dear Parents and Students,
We are excited to begin planning for the 2026–2027 school year and wanted to share information about our private voice lesson program. Voice lessons are an invaluable part of a singer’s development, and we strongly encourage all students to participate.
Voice lessons are a required component for students in our varsity ensembles: A Cappella and Kantorei.
To help us coordinate schedules and secure spots with our voice faculty, we ask that you please complete the Voice Lessons Commitment Form as soon as possible.
Your timely response will help ensure your student is placed with an instructor and receives the full benefit of this important part of our music curriculum.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re looking forward to another great year of growth and music-making!

🎶 Choir Boosters - Get Involved in 2026-2027! 🎶
Our Choir Booster organization is looking for enthusiastic parents and guardians to help support our amazing choir program next year! At our most recent booster meeting, we identified several key positions that will be open. Whether you have a little time or a lot, there’s a place for you to make a meaningful impact.
(Co)Vice-President of Operations & Administration
A hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people and coordinating activities. Responsibilities include supporting registration, overseeing hospitality, organizing volunteers, and assisting the President. This role also coordinates the senior scholarship process.
(Co) Vice-President of Marketing
Great for creative thinkers! This position focuses on promoting choir events and achievements through publicity, social media, and website updates, helping build excitement and awareness in our community.
Why be on the Booster Board?
Booster involvement is a rewarding way to support our students, connect with other families, and be part of something truly special. Many roles can be shared (co-positions available), and you’ll always have support from fellow board members.
