Dear SVDP Community,

The start of school is around the corner on Monday, August 18th. We are excited about having your students back on campus - maybe you are too.

The clean up from the water line break is moving along quickly. The gym floor has been sanded and revarnished and will be ready for morning assembly on Monday. The lower learning level is under construction and should be ready in about a month. The best news is that the mishap didn't cause a huge delay to our elevated sport court project. We are looking at a late February completion.

Due to the construction, we are temporarily moving our drop off / pick up zone. Please read carefully so we can provide a safe and efficient process.

• As always, you need to enter Green Street west of Steiner and not turn from Steiner onto Green.
• The drop off zone will begin at the west courtyard driveway (closer to the gym).
  
• Children should be able to exit the vehicles by themselves from the right hand side of the car.
• Please check traffic before pulling away from the curb.
• Patience is a must during this time of the day - everyday!

Required attendance for SVDP families - at least one parent from each family must be in attendance. Classroom visits last 40 minutes and are scheduled after the Parent Meeting in the church which begins at 6:00pm. Church doors open at 5:30pm.

On September 22nd, MugsyClicks will be on campus to photograph our students and staff. Photos can be purchased online through the company portal - mugsycl!cks

1. Update profile on SchoolSpeak for each family member
2. Complete registration forms
3. Print and sign the emergency report

Return the signed emergency report - one per family to the front office before the first day of school, Monday, August 18th. Facsimiles, scans, or photos will not be accepted. We must have a "wet signature" on file. Office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm.

Link the school calendar to your personal calendar by going to the school tab on SchoolSpeak, click on the "Sync to Device" button, and generating a URL.
