Thank you so much for your support with our Halloween celebration on Friday. It was a great time!!

Math:

This week we will have our Lesson 7 quiz on Tuesday.

Literacy:

We will finish up our discussion on the Byzantine Empire and move into the Crusades.

Homeroom:

We will discuss the Spanish Explorers, Fur Trade, and others who moved through Utah during this period in history. We will have a grade wide trading post Wednesday November 11.

Mystery Reader Volunteer Opportunity

Mystery Reader Thursday

I would love to have you be a mystery reader in our literacy class. You bring the book, I'll get the class excited. I will gather a few facts about you to try to get them to guess who you are before you surprise us. We have been learning about the Middle Ages in England. We are learning about the Islamic Empire, The Crusades, learning how to write fiction, and poetry between October and December. Feel free to follow that theme, or read anything you'd like. I have been reading Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The Westing Game, and will be reading Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing with them, so please pick something else.
