Keystone High School
Week of October 26th
Parent Teacher Conferences
KHS will be holding Parent-Teacher Conferences on two evenings this fall and we have one date left!
Thursday, November 5, from 3:00–6:00 p.m.
Conferences will be held virtually unless an in-person conference is requested. Parent-Teacher Conferences are a valuable opportunity to connect directly with your student’s teachers, discuss their academic progress, and identify ways we can work together to support their success.

If you would like to plan ahead for our winter dates, our next round of conferences will be on:
Thursday, January 28th, from 3:00–6:00 p.m.
Thursday, February 25th, from 3:00–6:00 p.m.
Global Citizen Survey
Help Us Celebrate Our Wildcats!
As part of our Portrait of a Wildcat, we are helping students become Global Citizens who understand, respect, and celebrate different cultures. We invite families to complete our optional Wildcat: Global Citizen Survey to share their family’s cultures, traditions, and holidays.
Your responses will help us celebrate our diverse school community, plan thoughtfully around cultural observances, and create opportunities for students to learn from one another. Families may also volunteer to share their culture through presentations, food, music, crafts, or other activities. The survey takes about 10 minutes, and all questions are optional. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing! Thank you for helping make Keystone a place where every Wildcat feels seen, valued, and celebrated!
Mentorship & Early Release Dates Reminders
Mentorship and Early Release days are on the same days (11/11, 12/9, 1/13, 2/10, 3/10, 4/14, 5/12).
What is Mentorship?
Keystone Mentorship is a monthly advisory program designed to strengthen relationships, build a positive school culture, and support the personal growth of every student. Students are placed into one of nine mixed-grade mentorship groups that meet on scheduled early release days throughout the school year. During each mentorship session, student groups rotate to a different teacher team, ensuring that by the end of the year every group has participated in all nine mentorship experiences. Each teacher team facilitates an engaging lesson centered on a different topic, including resilience, communication, leadership, goal setting, character, mental wellness, career readiness, digital citizenship, and school connectedness. This rotating model allows students to build relationships with a variety of staff members while collaborating with peers across grade levels. Keystone Mentorship reinforces our commitment to educating the whole child by intentionally developing the competencies outlined in our Portrait of a Wildcat Learner. Through these experiences, students strengthen their abilities as Communicators, Collaborators, Critical Thinkers, Resilient Learners, and Global Citizens, preparing them for success in school, their future careers, and life beyond Keystone High School.
