Semester Exams December 18-20 Semester Exams December 18-20

Attention Parents and Students,

This is to inform you of the Semester Exam schedule for the 2024-2025 school year. The following dates are provided for you so that you can plan accordingly with your vacation travels. If your student does not take the semester exam, they will receive a score of 50% (F).

MAKE UP EXAMS:

● Per District regulation, semester exams cannot be given early. Teachers may give make up exams after school during the three days of semester exams (12/18-12/20).

● Any exams not made up by December 20th can be made up when students and teachers return in January (and must be scheduled with the teacher).

EXAM INFO:

● There will be no retakes on semester exams.

● All semester exam grades are final.

● Semester exam scores below a 50% will be adjusted to the minimum score on the District grading scale (e.g., if a student earns a 32% on the semester exam, the score is adjusted to 50%).
