BMS STAR - Family Bulletin

News
Dear Blackhawk Middle School Families,
As we enter the final stretch of the school year, we reflect on how much our students have grown—academically, socially, and emotionally. May is a time to celebrate progress, recognize achievements, and finish strong together.
Eighth-grade families, please keep an eye out for information about celebrations and important dates. We also look forward to our upcoming field trips, field day, final concerts, and opportunities to honor our students’ hard work.
Students are completing end-of-year assessments, which provide us valuable insights into their academic growth. Please support your student by ensuring they get plenty of rest and arrive to school on time. MAP testing will be May 7 (Reading) and May 8 (Math).
Thank you, families, for your partnership and support this year. We are grateful for your collaboration and the role you play in your student’s success.
Wishing you a joyful May and a strong finish to the school year!
