Countdown to Success: Make Every Day Count!

In the final weeks left in the school year, we’re encouraging all students to stay focused, attend school daily, and finish strong. Consistent attendance is especially important as we head into the testing season and prepare for final exams and end-of-year projects.

A healthy routine—including plenty of sleep and balanced nutrition—can make a big difference in your teen’s academic success and overall well-being during this critical time.

Thank you for partnering with us to support your student’s success!

Sincerely,

Amy Montgomery

MMS Principal

SBA Reminder SBA Reminder

This spring your student will take the Smarter Balanced tests in math and English language arts. The results from these tests will help us identify your student’s strengths, areas of growth and their readiness for the next step in their educational path.

Students will take all parts of the assessment online. The math and language arts assessments are administered in two parts; a computer adaptive test (CAT) and a performance task (PT). The testing schedule for MMS students is as follows

For more information about the assessment: Smarter Balanced and WCAS

Please call or email Amy Montgomery, Principal or Kathleen Tuttle, District Assessment Director if you have questions about state testing.
