This week we are saying good-bye to a very special member of our St. Francis de Sales School Community. After 45 years of service to our Catholic schools, both here at St. Francis de Sales as well as St. Joseph Catholic School, Mrs. Thomas has announced her well-deserved retirement, and we thank her for her dedicated service.
Over these many years, Mrs. Thomas has been a wonderful gift to our students and to our entire school community. May God continue to bless her always. Mrs. Thomas, you will be greatly missed! We love you! Congratulations!

We all know the power of prayer - it is an integral part of our faith and all that we do throughout the day. Our children are comfortable with traditional prayers and participate in spontaneous prayer. Our students also know that they can pray anywhere and that God listens to the prayers of children first. There is no limit to the ways in which you and your family can pray together too!
May the words of Saint Paul inspire you and your children to pray always: "Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing." (2 Thessalonians 5:16-17)
