FIRST RECONCILIATION RETREAT

Happy New Year! We hope you and your children had a joyful and blessed Christmas season. As we begin this new year together, we are excited to welcome our Grade 2 students back for a very special evening.

We look forward to seeing everyone at our Grade 2 Reconciliation Retreat on Thursday, January 8. This retreat is an important and meaningful step as our children prepare to celebrate the Sacrament of Reconciliation for the first time.

We are delighted to welcome our special guest speaker, Colleen Rayner, who will share with our families and guide us through this meaningful and engaging evening.

Please remember to bring your child’s completed Reconciliation worksheets (purple folder), as the folders will be collected and returned that evening.

We will also be confirming Holy Communion selections for those who have submitted all paperwork during the retreat.

If you have any outstanding paperwork or fees, you are welcome to bring them with you that night.

• Arrive at the Parish Hall at 6 PM
• Sign in at the Welcome Table
• 1 Parent Only is to attend with their child
• Return the completed My First Penance worksheets only. Make sure the child's name is on the worksheets.
• Retreat is approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

PLEASE BRING A 3X5 PHOTO OF YOUR SON OR DAUGHTER.
Please put your child's full name on the back.

This will be used for a photo display on the day of the First Penance and for our parish congregation to pray for the children.
