Dear Basswood Families,

Staff Appreciation Week has been Amazing! The staff really enjoyed their week at the Kentucky Derby that included a sunrise breakfast, a lovely catered lunch and an afterschool "Sip & Bloom" too. Thank you to those that made our staff lounge feel like the winner's circle and to everyone who contributed this week! Our teams feel so valued and supported!

Please review the notice sent earlier today regarding a dangerous TikTok challenge called the "Chromebook Challenge." Please talk with your children about the importance of not putting foreign objects in the ports of electronic devices, as this is very hazardous. We will be discussing this at school on Monday morning as well.

Have a great weekend and Happy Mother's Day to all the Basswood Moms!

Basswood Principal
