STAFF AND STUDENTS ID'S MUST BE WORN EVERYDAY!
Just a reminder all Gators must wear their ID to and from school everyday. We understand that students may lose their ID sometimes so we can replace a lost ID once at no charge but after that it will be $5 for a new ID. New lanyard and plastic sleeve is $1 each. We really appreciate all your help with the implementation of this mandatory District rule.
*Reminder: Students will need an ID to get on the bus if they do not have one they will be sent to the front office to call home for someone to pick them up. Thank you!

HELP US HONOR OUR VETERANS!
October 16, 2024
Dear Gator Parents and Families,
We are excited to continue the tradition of creating the “Wall of
Heroes” in our main hallway. This is a great way to honor all of our
Gator relatives and friends that have served and who are currently
serving in the military. We would love for our families to send in
pictures of loved ones to add to our wall. Please make sure to send in a
copy of the picture (no originals please). When submitting the picture,
please include the attached information form in order to have all the
information available. This way we can return the picture back to the
correct student. Please send in pictures NO LATER than October
31st. Pictures that come in after October 31st will be returned or
displayed in your child’s classroom. Thank you so much for your help
and support! Any questions feel free to reach out to
kristin.kenney@gilbertschool.net or alyse.sandoval@gilbertschools.net.

TODAYS READERS MAKE TOMORROWS LEADERS!
We are excited to celebrate our excellent readers again this year! Students in Kindergarten and 1st grade are working toward grade level reading goals. 2nd-6th graders are reading to make their goals in Accelerated Reader (AR). Students that make their reading goal will be able to play in the new Gator Clubhouse provided by PTSO, get an award ribbon, be in a drawing for the book machine and have their pictures displayed on the hallway monitor and Gator Bite.
