Photos Needed for Yearbook
This year is flying by and we need as many photos for the yearbook as we can get to make sure that we capture what a year looks like at Forest Hills for everyone. I know many of you have taken pictures at school throughout the year and any submissions would be really helpful. Please look through the photos that you have taken (whether it is 1 or 100) and send them in. Even one great shot would be helpful and it is perfectly fine if it is of your child. It is easy to transfer photos:
1. Google DRIVE - Put all of your photos is a google drive folder and simply share the folder with jengozbrown@gmail.com
2. Google PHOTO - Select the photos you wish to share and put them in an album and share the album with jengozbrown@gmail.com
3. Phone APP - If your photos are on your phone, download the app "Balfour Imageshare" and enter project number 925490 and follow the prompts to upload photos from your phone. It will only let you upload ten photos at a time.
4. APPLE Shared Album - If you have an apple phone, create a shared album and share it via email (jengozbrown@gmail.com) or text (503-810-4592)
5. EMAIL - Email me the full size images to jengozbrown@gmail.com
6. OTHER - If you have any trouble with any of the above options, contact me and we will figure out how to get your images. I am available at jengozbrown@gmail.com or 503-810-4592.

Seeking Your Input on Welcoming New Families to Forest Hills
The Forest Hills School Advisory Committee is bringing in the New Year by seeking your input on an innovative initiative that helps us welcome new families to our FHES community. Our friends at IdeaScale generously offered their crowdsourcing platform to help us generate and collaborate on ideas that support this effort.
Our goal is to provide new students and their families with all the information and resources they need in a timely, relevant, inclusive, and delightful manner. The site will remain open for collaboration through April 30th, 2020, where the data will be reviewed for actionable opportunities. If you would like to contribute in this initiative, we invite you to participate here:
https://forest-hills.ideascale.com/a/register
By clicking the link above or the buttom below, you'll have an opportunity to submit ideas you feel would be helpful to equip and welcome a new family to the FHES community. You will also have an opportunity to review other submissions and build on each other's ideas to foster the collective wisdom of the community!
