St Anthony's School News

Week 1 - Thursday 15th October 2026
St Anthony's School community works collaboratively to teach and live the values of Christ. While respecting tradition, and to meet the demands of a rapidly changing society, it strives to educate our children to their full potential.
Principal's Address
October is the second of two months dedicated to Mary. During this month we are encouraged to take time to pray to Mary daily. We particularly ask Mary to intercede and bring peace to the people of the Middle East and Ukraine as well as solace to the families in Nepal who are suffering as a result of the recent flood disaster.
Hail Mary, full of grace the Lord is with you.
Blessed are you among women,
and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinner now and at the hour of death.
Amen.
Welcome back to school for the fourth term of this year. I trust that your family managed to have a wonderful relaxing break.
It is hard to believe how quickly the year has gone and, being a short term, how quickly this term will pass. The term promises some exciting events for children and families so please keep an eye on the website’s live calendar, class seesaw messages, and the newsletters to ensure you have the information you need.
School Mass
In conjunction with St Elizabeth’s School, our mass asking for blessings for this term will be held on Friday. We hope many parents are able to join us in St Anthony’s Church at 8.45am this Friday.

We encourage all families to take the time to read and familiarise themselves with the Code, which is available on the St Anthony’s School website; please see the link below.
