Out and About in Our Schools Out and About in Our Schools

This week, Mac High 9th graders had a chance to learn more about the high school’s Career Pathway programs.

Students chose three pathways and attended presentations that outlined what the pathways cover.

Mac High is a leader in the state with its robust pathway program, which features 16 different options that offer hands-on experiences with internships, college credit and more. The pathways range from engineering to construction to music and aim to help students become college and career ready.

Kinder Grad program

Did you know that kindergarten families that open a new Oregon College Savings plan will receive a $25 deposit into the account?

Saving over time can make continuing education after high school more practical and the funds can be used for vocational school, community college or university.

It’s a kickstart for Oregon kindergartners. Check it out!
