4-H Volunteer and Youth enrollment begins November 1st (this was just recently delayed). Please do not try to enroll BEFORE this date! Any volunteer applications submitted before Nov 1st will have to be resubmitted in their entirety.
Please note some upcoming changes in enrollment. The fees will be increasing for the 26-27 year for youth enrollments. Enrollments will require online payments only as of this time.
TIPS:
- Please DO select any projects you would like to receive communications on. Even if you are not sure that you will complete the project. We use 4-H online to share upcoming programs and events by project!
- Verify that your email, address, phone numbers are all current. This is very important.
- Please also make sure that "years in project" is accurate!

Launching the Purdue 1 Indiana Essay Competition!
Purdue University invites Hoosier fifth graders to explore how they could use a favorite school subject, hobby or skill to help a space mission crew succeed. One winning essay will be chosen from each of Indiana's 92 counties, and every county winner receives a personalized Purdue 1 Indiana mission patch.
If mission conditions allow, winners' names will even travel to space aboard Purdue 1, the university's upcoming all-Boilermaker suborbital research spaceflight!
Submissions open today and run through Nov. 30. Learn more: https://bit.ly/purdue-1-essay
