Air Quality Monitoring and Guidelines

West Ada School District has partnered with the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to install a real-time air quality monitoring station in Meridian, providing our schools with the most accurate local air quality data available. This information helps guide decisions about outdoor activities and ensures the health and safety of our students and staff.

To learn more about how West Ada monitors air quality and makes decisions regarding outdoor activities and events, visit 🔗Air Quality Monitoring: Guidelines for Outdoor Activities & Events.

New Online Payment System for Middle and High Schools

West Ada School District is introducing SchoolCash Online as its new online payment system for the 2026–2027 school year. SchoolCash Online replaces the previous platform, My School Fees, following the company's acquisition.

SchoolCash Online offers families a convenient way to pay for school-related items such as parking permits, yearbooks, activity fees, and other purchases. Please note that creating an online account is optional—families may continue to pay fees directly through their school's bookkeeper if they prefer.

For added convenience, each middle and high school's homepage now includes a direct link to 🔗SchoolCash Online, making it easy to access the payment platform whenever you need it.

If you have questions, please contact your school's bookkeeper for assistance. We look forward to providing a simple and convenient payment experience for our families.
