🎆Season Greetings & Appreciation
As we close out the year, the Nutrition Services team would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our students, families, and staff for supporting our school meal program. It’s been a joy serving nutritious meals that help fuel learning every day.
Looking ahead to January we’re excited for new menu items and student taste tests in the new year! Watch for updates in our January newsletter about how students can help shape our 2026 menus.
On behalf of our entire Nutrition Services team, we wish you a warm, safe, and healthy holiday season. Thank you for allowing us to nourish your students each day — we look forward to serving you in the new year!
Happy Holidays!

🦃Thanksgiving Meal @ Aspen School District
We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your incredible support during our Thanksgiving meal lunch on Thursday November 20th, 2025. Your kindness, encouragement, and participation helped make this special tradition a success once again.
We are thankful for the opportunity to nourish our students and staff each day, and it is your ongoing support that allows us to create meaningful, festive experiences like this one. Whether you volunteered your time, shared a smile, or simply joined us for the meal, please know that your involvement made a difference. Thank you for helping us foster a sense of community, gratitude, and togetherness during this season of thanks. We are truly grateful for you!
e-Funds & Funding Lunch Accounts
We are asking that all outstanding lunch balances be paid promptly to support our programs' finances. Funding lunch accounts can be paid through e~Funds:
Here are a few helpful hints to get started:
You will need your child's lunch/student ID number to make a payment.
You can still make payments at the main office during registration days, or at any lunch room cashier but setting up an account and paying in advance will save time and give you an opportunity to see a breakdown of your fees in advance.

How to Check your Student lunch account transactions
You can still make payments directly to a Food Service Cashier at any school cafeteria with cash or check, but setting up an account and paying in advance will save time and give you an opportunity to see a breakdown of your lunch activity in advance. I would like to encourage parents and caregivers to have conversations with your student/s regarding you and your families lunch and a la carte participation. As a school requirement we can not deny a student taking a hot lunch, note that any hot lunch taken by your student/s will be charged to their account.
