Essex Elementary School

A snapshot of the many activities at EES.

Join us on Thursday, starting at 5pm, as we highlight Fine Arts at MERSD. The MERSD Art Showcase includes a piece of artwork from each of our students, displayed on the walls of the Middle School/High School. After browsing the artwork, you can listen to the delightful musical talents of our band, chorus and Rock Band! Make a donation and take a piece of artwork home! (Proceeds support the Art program at EES and MMES.) We are still looking for volunteers to hang artwork any time on Wednesday or take down the artwork after the musical performance ends. Got some time you could pitch in? Please contact Mrs. Yutkins @ yutkinsc@mersd.org.

Throughout this week, families have shown their appreciation and support for the EES staff in a variety of ways. From an ever-growing vase of flowers to a wide range of scrumptious treats, your generosity is on display this week! Our kitchen is well stocked and our bellies are full! We can't say enough about what a supportive community we have at Essex! Thank YOU!

Happy spring EES families!

Friends of EES have partnered again with Jungle and we have opened an online store for some great EES apparel. The store will be open thru 5/19 and orders will ship the week of 6/10.
