A Note from Mrs. Glasco

Dear Fleetridge Families~

It is my honor to welcome you to the 2026-2027 school year! I could not be more excited to begin this school year with all of you! This year marks my seventh year at Fleetridge, my eleventh year in Raytown, my twenty-eighth year in education, and there is no place I would rather be than right here at Fleetridge ~The very best school, the Kindest School in Kansas City, with the very best students, families, and staff.

This year, our school theme is Growing Greatness. Many wonderful children's books complement our theme by encouraging students to embrace growth, perseverance, kindness and the belief that they can achieve great things. Two of the books we will reference this school year are: If You Plant a Seed by Kadir Nelson and You are Like a Seed by Michaun Madsen. When you visit Fleetridge, you will see a rainbow of bright, happy bulletin boards and displays. The teachers and support staff at Fleetridge care about each of you as a valued member of our wonderful school. Together, we are Growing Greatness at Fleetridge!
