St Anthony's School community works collaboratively to teach and live the values of Christ. While respecting tradition, and to meet the demands of a rapidly changing society, it strives to educate our children to their full potential.

Principal's Message Principal's Message

May the glory and the promise of Easter

bring peace and happiness to you and those you hold most dear.

May Christ, Our Risen Saviour, always be by your side

to bless you and be your loving guide. Amen

We pray for the repose of the soul of Pope Francis. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.

Code of Conduct

A reminder that every member of the St Anthony’s School community must behave in the manner described in our Code of Conduct.

Our Code is like the 40km/h speed limit outside our school in the mornings and afternoons. It defines behaviours that keep our students safe: at school, and elsewhere. Children and young people surrounded by adult and peer behaviours as outlined in the Code are more likely to recognise and choose healthy relationships for themselves. See our Code of Conduct Statements below.

God Bless

Help Us Reimagine Our School Prayer – Celebrating 90 Years of St Anthony’s!

This year marks an exciting milestone for St Anthony’s School – our 90th anniversary! As part of our celebrations, we are inviting students to take part in a special School Prayer Rewriting Competition.

This is a unique opportunity for students to reflect on our school values and the spirit of St Anthony, and help shape a new prayer that will become part of our community for years to come. We encourage creativity, faith, and heart in the entries – all voices are welcome.

✍️ Entries are due: Friday, 30th May

🎉 The winning prayer will be unveiled as part of our 90th anniversary celebrations later this year!

We look forward to seeing the faith and imagination of our students shine through.

Conduct Statements

  1. You act safely and competently.
  2. You give priority to students’ safety and well-being in all your behaviour and decision making.
  3. You act in accordance with the values of the Gospel as defined in the Code of Ethical Conduct.
  4. You conduct yourself in accordance with laws, agreements, policies and standards relevant to your relationship with the school community.
  5. You respect the dignity, culture, values and beliefs of each member of the school community.
  6. You treat personal information about members of the school community as private and confidential.
  7. You give impartial, honest and accurate information about the education, safety and well-being of students.
  8. You support all members of the school community in making informed decisions about students.
  9. You promote and preserve the trust and privilege inherent in your relationship with all members of the school community.
  10. You maintain and build on the community’s trust and confidence in Catholic schools and the Church.
  11. You act reflectively and ethically.

The Code describes the minimum requirements expected of all members of our community and that all in our community conduct themselves personally and professionally in a way that maintains public trust and confidence in our school and the Church. While mandatory language such as ‘must’, ‘shall’ and ‘will’ is not used throughout the Code, there is a presumption the conduct described is mandatory and therefore not optional.

Sport News Sport News

Our school recently competed in the 2025 NIPSSA Interschool Swimming Carnival, held at the High Performance Centre in Mount Claremont. We are proud to share that we finished 2nd overall — a fantastic achievement! Our students gave it their all in the pool, with many outstanding individual performances across all divisions. A particular highlight was claiming 1st place in 3 of the 7 possible relay team events — an incredible effort that showcased the strength of our team spirit and collaboration.

The day wasn’t without its challenges, including a delay due to a passing storm, but our students showed great resilience and pushed through the tough conditions with enthusiasm and determination. A huge thank you goes out to the dedicated parents, staff, and our wonderful prac student who helped make the day run smoothly. Your support and encouragement played a big part in the success and enjoyment of the carnival for all involved.
