Dear Families,

Summer activities!

Popsicles on the Playground

Join Weybridge friends on the school playground--

Thursdays from 6-8 pm all summer long, starting June 18.

Click here if you’d like to sign up to bring the popsicles.

(And, yes, Weybridge graduates and alumni are still invited-- you’re never too old for a popsicle!)

Summer Library Hours

Tuesdays from 4-6 pm all summer long, starting June 23.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream: The 4th and 5th graders put on a stellar performance Thursday evening. They were in full command of their lines and characters and told the story well. As a cast, they were so much fun to work with - full of ideas about their roles, curiosity about the language, and attention to detail. I’m glad so many of you were able to attend.

More staff news: Maggie Ryan and Audra Ouellette will not be returning to WES next year. Both of them have been involved in the school over the years and have served the school community in a multitude of ways. We will miss them dearly and wish them well on their next adventures.

Library News: Another quick note to remind students and families to return library books and thank you to those of you who have already done so! Next week, students will come home with new books for their home libraries thanks to Bonnie's Books, a local non-profit that collects and distributes books to children and families throughout Addison County and beyond. Students will also receive a form from the Ilsley Library's Summer Reading Challenge. Hope to see you this summer at our library too! Please call or write with any questions. - Megan

I hope you will be able to join us next week for graduation, the evening of June 9th, 6:30, and then on the last day of school, June 11th, for the talent show at 10:00 and our final gathering at 2:15.

Best, Christina
