Parent Teacher Conferences

PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING

PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES AT THE HIGH SCHOOL

Parent-teacher conferences are a chance to connect with your child(ren)'s teachers for a 5-10-minute conference. It is a great way to hear about what students are learning in class, an opportunity for us to learn more about our students, and a time to discuss ways to help one another and support the learning process. Students are encouraged and welcome to attend with their parent(s)/guardian(s).

Flexibility!

We know families may need some flexibility in how they connect during Parent-Teacher Conferences, so we will be offering 10-minute scheduled spots for in-person, phone, or virtual conferences through Google Meet.

Appointment slots are available via Skyward Family Access. You may schedule by noon on Oct. 1st for the Oct. 2nd conferences.

Select “CONFERENCES” from the menu on the left

Click “ALL CONFERENCES” to see a list of teachers and available appointment times

When selecting a spot, please choose the method you want to attend with (in-person, phone, or virtual). We also know that this date and time might not work for all of you, so if none of the available times do, please email the specific teacher(s) to set aside a different time or date for the conferences.

For those who choose the virtual or phone option, the links/phone numbers to contact your teachers are below. (Some shared staff will not be available on Oct.2nd, but you may contact them to set up another date and time to meet or call.) Should you have any questions, please reach out to your teacher.

If you chose a virtual meeting option, please click on the teacher's name at the time of your conference. They will admit you to the virtual meeting as close to the time as they can.

If you have chosen the phone meeting option, use the number listed after the teacher's name and the pin number provided to access the phone meeting. The teacher will accept you in as soon as they can, but you may wait on hold until the previous conference is complete.

If you are coming in person, then the teacher will be located in their classroom the night of conferences.
