Byam Senior Clap Out!
We welcomed back our Byam CPS Seniors for a procession through our halls for a Byam clap out. All of our students and staff were thrilled to see former Byam students in caps and gowns getting ready to soar. 12th graders will be graduating tomorrow, and we wish them the best of luck in their future amazing journeys.

Looking for more responses...
We are looking for more responses to our Byam family survey please and thank you. You may complete the survey online between now and Monday June 15th using a computer, tablet, or smartphone by visiting the website below: https://surveys.panoramaed.com/chelmsfordma/family26/surveys
Our district values your feedback! The Chelmsford Public Schools is currently surveying all families in order to gain insight into your perception of our school and district's effectiveness. We also want to better understand barriers to families accessing our schools and programs. To ensure we continue to provide high quality, rigorous learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners and prepare them for college and career, we need your feedback. We want to know what you think.
To administer these surveys, we have partnered with Panorama Education to conduct our 2026 Family Survey as we did in 2023, 2024, 2025 as well. Panorama safeguards your privacy, keeping your responses anonymous. The survey shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to complete and will be a valuable source of information for us as we work to make our schools and district as good as they can be.
If you have multiple CPS school-aged children, please feel free to fill out multiple surveys to represent each individual child’s experience. The first question on the survey will be a dropdown to select which school you are filling the survey out for.
We thank you in advance for your thoughtful responses. If you have any questions about the survey administration, please don’t hesitate to contact your building Principal.
Thank you in advance for your time and feedback.

As the end of the school year approaches, this is a reminder that all medications must be picked up from the Nurse’s Office by the last day of school. If your child has a medication stored in the health office, it must be picked up by you or another responsible adult. If you are unable to pick up the medication during the times listed below, please reach out to me to make other arrangements.
The Last Day of School is Monday, June 15 (early release at 11:45 am). Medication pick up times will be from 8:30 am - 11:30 am and 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm on June 15. Please note I am not available during dismissal from 11:30-12:30.
I will also be available on Tuesday, June 16 from 8:30 am - 11:00 am.
Any medication not picked up by 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 16 will be disposed of in accordance with district policy.
Planning Ahead for the 2026-2027 School Year
If your child has asthma, severe allergies requiring epinephrine, seizures or another medical condition that requires medication or special care at school, updated health forms are required every school year. Health forms are available on the district website: https://chelmsfordschools.org/departments/health-services/health-forms/
ATTENTION CURRENT GRADE 2 FAMILIES
In accordance with Massachusetts states regulations, all 3rd grade students must have a current physical exam on file with the school health office. Third graders must submit a physical exam dated AFTER September 1, 2025 to the health office.
