Can't attend? How you can still help support BCSD students in need:
Make a monetary donation
Every dollar donated will be used to purchase school supplies for students during the Stuff the Bus supply pickup, helping ensure students have the items they need to start the school year.
Donate through an Amazon Wish List
Shop the Stuff the Bus Amazon Wish List, and your donated school supplies will be shipped directly to BCSD's collection site to support BCSD students.
Stuff the Bus Supply Pick Up
Families, please take note of this information about supply pick up.
Supply pickup will take place on Saturday, August 8, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the Big Creek Elementary School cafeteria, 7247 Big Creek Parkway, Middleburg Heights. Families registering to receive school supplies must be part of the Berea City School District. Registered BCSD students will have the opportunity to "shop" for school supplies at no cost to their families.
The registration information collected will be used to verify eligibility and help organize the distribution efficiently. Please complete the registration form for each child in your household.
Check-In Process:
Upon arrival, please proceed to the check-in table in the gym. We require that your student(s) be present. Each student will receive a copy of the supply list, and their grade level will be listed at the top of the list. Each supply station table will have a volunteer to assist in distribution.
We understand that there may be circumstances where a student cannot be present. If your student is unable to attend, please bring a valid form of identification.
We look forward to seeing you on August 8th and helping our students get ready for a successful school year!
