Starting this school year, District 5 will distribute report cards electronically through the PowerSchool Parent Portal and will no longer send printed copies home with students. This will ensure a safe and secure way to distribute report cards to parents/guardians. With this transition, historical report cards will be available for each student for each term that they are enrolled in District 5, starting with the 2026-2027 school year.

When report cards are distributed to the PowerSchool Parent Portal after the conclusion of each grading term, an email will be sent to the parent/guardian of each student informing parents/guardians that they are available to view.

In order to view the digital report cards, you will need to log on to PowerSchool Parent Portal at https://lexrich5.powerschool.com/public using a web browser. The PowerSchool App will not have the digital report card available, but grades are visible. Please note that parents and students have separate accounts/portals. If you log on and do not see the student scheduling information form, then you may be signed into the student portal. You can verify by looking at the top-right of your screen and see the name that is displayed.

If a printed copy of a report card is needed, then please contact the front office at 803-476-4001 to request a copy to be picked up from the front office.

• If your student is absent, dismisses early, or arrives late due to a medical reason: please either send in a parent note, fax (803-476-4020) or bring in the doctors excuse (if seen), OR submit an online student excuse form within 3 days. The form can be found through the button below or on the H.E. Corley Website under Quick Links heces.lexrich5.org .
