November 2026
Hello FECC Famlies
I can't believe that November is already here! As we wrap up the month of October, I want to take a moment to thank you all for being so supportive. Conferences were a huge success and it was great seeing everyone in the building.
Please remember that during morning car arrival, your child may get out of the car when you are along the sidewalk. When students are getting out of cars with no sidewalk, there isn't a safe place for them to walk or be supervised. Thank you again for keeping our students safe.

October Attendance= 83%
At Fulton Early Childhood Center, our goal is for 90% of our students to attend school at least 90% of the time. Regular attendance is essential because every school day provides valuable learning experiences that help children grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
If your child is healthy, we encourage them to be at school each day. If they are sick, please keep them home, notify the school office of the reason for the absence, and provide a doctor's note when possible.
Thank you for partnering with us to make attendance a priority and support your child's success!
Check out the district calendar for days to make appointments when we are out of school.
If your child must miss school, please call the attendance line at 573-590-8099
Bring a Family Photo
If you don't have one, you can text the picture through the 2-Way chat and we will get it printed off.
2 Way Communication
This year, 2-Way Chat will be our primary method of communication between school and home. Each teacher will use the platform to share classroom updates, reminders, and day-to-day or weekly communication with families. We have found that emails sent through Google Groups and Infinite Campus are not always delivered reliably, so 2-Way Chat will help ensure everyone stays informed.
Please download the app as soon as possible so you can receive important updates about your child's classroom and school events. If you have any trouble downloading the app, creating an account, or accessing messages, please contact us right away. We are happy to help!
Breakfast and Lunch
Breakfast will be provided and free to all students this school year.
If you have any questions, please contact our Food Service Department at 573.590.8045.
Transportation Changes
Needing to make a transportation change? Give the office a call before 2:00 so that we can make the appropriate changes in our system. If your child's transportation changes frequently and you know ahead of time what the schedule will be, please send this to us as soon as you know.
Items from Home
To help students stay focused on learning, we ask that toys and other non-instructional items remain at home. This includes sports equipment, dress-up items, NEEDOHS, fidgets, collectibles, and other valuable personal belongings. These items can become distracting or may be lost or damaged at school.
There may be special occasions, such as themed dress-up days or classroom activities, when students are invited to bring specific items. Families will be notified in advance when those opportunities arise.
If a student brings a non-instructional item to school, they will be asked to place it in their backpack for the remainder of the day. If the concern continues, a building administrator may follow up with the student and family.
