8th-Grade Dance - June 11
The Middle School Student Council is excited to announce that the annual 8th Grade Dance will be held on Wednesday, June 11th, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Tickets will be $8 each and will be sold at "A" lunches beginning on Wednesday, June 4th, online using this link beginning today, or at the door. Students paying in cash should bring exact change where possible.
To help keep ticket prices low, we are asking for donations from any families who are able to donate decorations from our Amazon Wishlist or visit the Sign-Up Genius page to volunteer to purchase food/beverages for students to enjoy during the dance. Adults who are approved chaperones with AACPS and have a current background check on file, may also sign up to chaperone the dance or help decorate.
Attire for the dance is semi-formal and students are encouraged to wear nice dresses, collared shirts or blouses with dress pants, or even a suit! This is a great opportunity for your student to show off their personal style and dress to impress. Here is an "inspiration board" from our student leaders with some outfits that your student may like!

Students may dress down on the last two days of school.
