The Kindergarteners enjoyed time playing and creating with their playdoh.
The Ag students helped Mrs. Smith clean up their pollinator garden.
Now that we have a week of school under our belt, we will begin our NWEA and beginning of the year testing next week.
Kindergarten and 1st grade will take reading and math
Second grade will take reading, math, and language arts
3-12 will take reading, math, language arts and science
Students will also be doing reading and math fluency tests to help us see where our students are so we can use the data to guide our instruction moving forward.
Classroom teachers will send out more information, but it is important that the students are well rested when they come to school on testing days so they can give their best effort!
As a way to promote positive behavior and as an incentive for students to follow school expectations, students can earn Bear Paw Tickets. Once they have received a ticket, students can place them into a drawing. Each Monday there will be an elementary, middle and high school drawing. Winners will be able to select a prize from the prize box. This year we made the tickets to look like boarding passes to match our homecoming theme of Around the World
