Message for the Week:
Message from Mr. Tejkl
We are better together, not against eachother...
Good morning!
I hope everyone had a terrific weekend! I really hope that we are able to see some actual FALL weather and not just kick start into WINTER but we will see! It looks like this week should bring some good weather and the timing couldn't be better.
Life can bring around tough moments that can test us individually and also as a team. There are times where we question what is happening around us which can lead us to questions those around us. Sometimes it is certain situations where we believe we know what is going on or it could be situations where the details are lost to us. Sometimes having crappy weather can be the breaking point for us all.
What is the solution? Sometimes answers are not as easy as it could appear. There is a lot of trust that goes with the need of communication. Having to go through the mental pretzel of back and forth in our own head can create more negative than positive when trying to find a way through the adverse times. The questioning can bring doubt and doubt brings upon mistrust or actions we may later want to take back.
In the end, communication, seeing multiple perspectives and being supportive of others is the way that we can continue to move forward together and with each other. Everyone has their own challenges but we don't have to battle them alone. We may see a different path and being open to one's views is a way to grow together. Our relationships are more important than the "quick fix". Stay the course, lean on to each other, communicate and be there.
Have a great rest of your Sunday and I will see you tomorrow!
Quote of the week to reflect on:
"Fight for each other, but never fight against each other. In every disagreement, remember that your relationship is much more important than whatever you're arguing about."
Dave Willis
Sincerely,
Tucker Tejkl
