Performing Arts Center @ 6:30pm - MARK YOUR CALENDARS!

This year's annual fashion show will take place in the PAC on May 2, 2025. This is a Friday night and all fashion design students are required to participate. The date has been set and announced this far ahead of time, in order to facilitate planning around attendance. This is a course requirement. If a student cannot attend, a parent or guardian will need to email Mrs. Butterfield to explain the reason for their student missing the event. Please mark your calendars now! As sports gear up for spring, we will be in touch with coaches to discuss the required attendance. However, it is the student's responsibility to begin planning ahead for their work or family schedules.

The show begins at 6:30. Doors will open at 5:45. Students are required to be ready and in the PAC by 4:30 pm. If it is not possible to arrange transportation to and from school, the students may stay in the fashion room from 1:55 through to the show. For students that stay, dinner will be provided. The show should wrap up around 8:30pm. Please begin to plan ahead for drop off and pick up.

Email concerns or questions to: butterfield_aimee@mybps.us

Students' cell phones will be placed in lock boxes for the duration of the performance. This is to protect them and others from accidentally taking or sharing images of wardrobe changes backstage. This is a legal liability for everyone involved and there will be no exceptions.

There will be an emergency number to contact if you need to reach your student during the show. This number will be sent out closer to the date of the show.
