Rekindle Your Professional Fire: "If one more administrator tells me to take care of myself and hands me a mug on teacher appreciation day, I'm going to scream!" I've heard several teachers voice some version of this complaint recently. We all want to be more balanced, but how do you actually do it? In this session we'll explore the power of tiny habits and examine several key categories of educator health and balance. You'll leave with ideas about how to boost your energy in the classroom and passion for teaching.
