Respect the Paw - 2023
Message From Mrs. Junker
Home of the Grizzlies ~ Where we learn the importance of "Respecting the Paw!"
Hi Grizzly Families!
It is with great pleasure and excitement that I write to you today to reflect on the fantastic start we've had to the school year at GTMS and to share our enthusiasm for the upcoming month of October.
The beginning of the school year is always a time filled with anticipation and excitement, and I am thrilled to report that our students, teachers, and staff have truly risen to the occasion. The energy and dedication displayed by our school community have set the tone for what promises to be a remarkable academic year.
In September, we kicked off the school year by celebrating "Hello Week." It was heartwarming to witness the connections and friendships that formed as students and staff embraced the opportunity to get to know one another better. The smiles, laughter, and kindness shared throughout Hello Week were a testament to the strong sense of community that defines GTMS.
Additionally, we launched our "Respect the Paw" campaign, emphasizing the values of respect, responsibility, and kindness that are at the core of our school culture. The students have eagerly embraced this initiative, and it has been great to see them support one another in fostering a positive and respectful school environment.
Looking ahead to October, we have an exciting array of activities and events planned that will further enhance the educational experience at GTMS. We are dedicated to providing our students with opportunities to learn, grow, and have fun. From engaging classroom lessons to extracurricular activities, we are committed to fostering a well-rounded and enriching experience for all.
As we enter this new month, I encourage you to stay engaged with the school and your child's education. Your support and involvement are invaluable in helping us create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students.
I want to express my gratitude to all of you for entrusting us with your children's education. It is a privilege to serve as the principal of GTMS, and I am looking forward to the continued journey of learning, growth, and success that lies ahead.
If you ever have any questions, concerns, or ideas to share, please do not hesitate to reach out to me or our dedicated staff. Together, we can make this school year truly exceptional.
Warm regards,
Paula Junker
Principal, GTMS
