Clipper Currents

We have one more night of conferences happening Wednesday next week.

Need help staying connected with your child's grades and learning through PowerSchool? Mr. Brooks will be available all evening to assist any families with logging into PowerSchool or accessing the app. Stop by Wednesday evening for help!

Thank you to all that purchased from our Primitive Keeper fundraiser. We plan to have orders within two weeks time. Some orders may include glass candles and jars. We will arrange an open time to pick up larger orders in the library once we've prepared them. Stay tuned!

Take a peek at the month long community outreach and awareness project to collect socks for local and statewide organizations. Sock-tober is a month-long community outreach project created by China Middle JMG students. Students collect pairs of new socks to be donated to local and statewide organizations. Sock-tober is a partnership between "Socks for Remy" and JMG to shine a bright light on Remy's mission of kindness for all and a passion for fun and silly socks. Remy Pettingill was a former China Middle student with a vibrant love for life and giving back.

An Apple Airtag was found in the 8th grade wing after conferences. Please reach out to our office at 445-1500 if you recognize your glasses or Apple Airtag.

We are now taking orders for yearbooks. It can be paid with cash or a check payable to China Middle School in the amount of $13. See Ms. Armour for order forms. Alternatively, yearbooks can be purchased online until April 17, 2026. Go to https://jostensyearbooks.com/?REF=A07634466

Attention 8th-grade parents/guardians: If you are interested in placing an ad in the yearbook for your child, please go to https://www.jostens.com/apps/jcom/router.mvc?affiliateId=2736385. This link will be available until February 12, 2026.

A HUGE thank you to author Lane Walker for giving a fantastic presentation to CMS students this week. Another big thank you to our PTO for purchasing a book for each of our middle school students!
