Our Mission Our Mission

zoom_out_map

To build a school environment where we are inspired to learn, feel safe, and leave fulfilled end of the day.

Together, we will lead a culture where students take ownership and responsibility for their learning, respect students and staff, work to ensure a safe environment, and problem-solve for themselves and their peers.

How are we pursuing our mission? How are we pursuing our mission?

Through our weekly activities and discussions, Flight Crew students learn what it means to be a leader, how to live the life of a leader, and commit to serving others by building trust and relationships.

In order for our mission to be successful, we must build trust within our community, including students, teachers, and parents. Our actions as Flight Crew members are devoted to building these relationships.

Flight Crew Curriculum

Our Curriculum is largely based on the work of Simon Sinek, a reknowned author and motivational speaker. His books, "Start with Why" and "The Infinite Game" shaped my approach to education and are resources that I constantly refer to.

When Do We Meet? When Do We Meet?

5th Grade Flight Crew will meet every Wednesday after school until 4:00pm. Start date is TBD.
