Weekly Update to Families
January 6th

Dear St. Francis de Sales Catholic Academy Families,
Congratulations to our incredible faculty and the Class of 2025 on a fantastic volleyball game today!
What a thrilling and spirited match! The gym was filled with energy, laughter, and good-natured competition as our 8th graders and teachers went head-to-head in what has become a beloved SFDS tradition. Both teams brought their A-game—with great volleys, big serves, and lots of teamwork on display. In the end, it wasn’t just about who won or lost—it was about community, fun, and celebrating the amazing journey of our graduating class.
As the Class of 2025 prepares for their final days of classes, we want to take a moment to acknowledge the tremendous growth, leadership, and faith they’ve demonstrated throughout their time at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Academy. From their very first days in Early Childhood to the remarkable young people they are today, we couldn’t be more proud.
We look forward to honoring the Class of 2025 in the weeks ahead—with their final walk through the halls, dinner dance, graduation retreat, and of course, their commencement ceremony. Let’s keep them in our prayers as they close this chapter and prepare to open the next one with faith, confidence, and joy.
Way to go, Class of 2025!
Onto to some other important updates for our school for the Week of June 2nd 2025……

On Monday, June 9th at 6pm, we will be hosting a Pre-K information night followed at 7pm by a Kindergarten Information Night. On both evenings, the early childhood teachers will be sharing all the details of what is in store for children who are entering their early childhood years. Parents will be receiving supply lists and summer ideas during this meeting as well. We hope to see everyone there.
Class Placement
Myself, Mrs. Hayes, and our faculty work diligently to make sure each and every child is placed with a teacher that best fits their needs. No matter which class your child is placed in, they are in good hands. Everyone of our teachers is intelligent, loving, and hardworking. As stated each year before, we cannot take requests for class placement. Writing emails or making phone calls to request a specific class all receive the same response: we cannot honor any requests for placement and that your child will be in very good hands wherever they are placed. We thank you for your cooperation.
